- You can also pick up your shipment from our warehouse facility centres based at Delhi. This facility saves time and shipment cost for customers around Delhi-NCR.
- Our courier partners delivers your shipment to your doorstep. If the delivery is not made, or the customer is not available at the delivery address, the courier company will hold the product for 2 days and will then return it back to our office.
- Instructions need to be given if the customer wants the goods to be left at the address without a signature. Thereon the customer is responsible for the package as neither we nor the courier company will be liable for the loss of goods in this case.
- Once the order has been processed, and the package has been dispatched to the courier company, any request by the customer to change the delivery address will not be entertained.
- Proof of signature may not be possible for all deliveries. It is the responsibility of the customer to be available for receipt of the package.
