Support Policy

At RHINOKRAFT, we aim to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we are here to help.

Following are the details of the support policy that is applicable for all the items sold on RHINOKRAFT website:

Please return your purchase in its original packaging with each of the parts and complimentary gifts with your original receipt for a refund. Please ensure that the product(s) are appropriately packed when you are returning it.

Please note that if an Incorrect Product is handled by you to our Courier Service Partner, RHINOKRAFT shall not be responsible for any loss/damage/theft caused to such Incorrect product/item while in transit or something else.

Provided that any or all the items that were initially part of an order/request placed using a coupon or offers are returned then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will moreover not be incorporated in the refund. If the product(s) returned are part of any free offer such as Buy 2 get 1 free or Buy 1 get 1 free, all the products/items associated to the offer must be returned, while they have been purchased as part of a group offer.

Products purchased using direct to warehouse/Store shall only be returned at the Stores. No return of items/products purchased through the warehouse or any other offline location shall be accepted online via the RHINOKRAFT website.

When the product is received at RHINOKRAFT corporate office, we will conduct a quality check. If it is approved by our quality analyst we will initiate the refund process.

When the item is gotten at our office, we will lead a quality check. On the off chance that it is endorsed by our quality staff, we will start the discount procedure.

For a few selected Pincode, where we are unable to pick up the product, you can send the packet through a local courier to our warehouse at the following address:

Within 7 days from the initiation, date to complete the return process. Return requests will be automatically terminated after 7 days from the initiation date.

Once the product is received & verified by our team, we will initiate the refund process.
